Using the site

You are welcome to play anything here, as often as you like, for nothing. No account is needed, nothing is charged, and there is nothing to cancel. There is no rule about how you play, and no way for this site to know how you played.

The games

The games, their code and their artwork were made for this site and belong to it. You may not copy them onto another site, republish them, present them as your own, or sell them. Playing them, linking to them, and telling other people about them are all fine and encouraged.

Nothing here is a clone of a commercial game. Where a game is built on an old idea — a falling-block puzzle, a minefield, a crate-pusher — the implementation is original, which is allowed: the idea is not the thing being copied.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. It may be unavailable, it may lose your saved scores if your browser clears its storage, and a game may contain a bug that makes it behave oddly. There is no promise that any of that will not happen, and no liability accepted for anything resulting from it. This is a free arcade, not a service with a guarantee attached.

Saved scores

Your best scores are stored in your own browser and are yours to lose. There is no server copy, so a cleared cache, a different device or a private window means starting again. That is a property of how the site works rather than a fault, and it is described in the privacy policy.

Changes

Games are added, tuned and occasionally removed. These terms can change, and the date at the top will change with them. Continued use after a change means the new version applies. Questions about any of this can go to the address on the contact page.
